Enhancements
- Switched to use JSON::Schema::Validate, which only requires core prereqs.
- Removed Ref::Util and Syntax::Keyword::SmartMatch prerequisites.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed subtle reference handling issue in the constructors.
Tests
- Remove unnecessary test prerequisites (due to copy/paste).
- Specified the minim Path::Tiny version for the SYNOPSIS tests.

cpanm Dist::AutomationPolicy

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::AutomationPolicy
