Changes for version 2.11 - 2013-06-27

Correct spelling of Kent Fredric's name below, with apologies.
Patch scripts/record.1.pl and scripts/record.2.pl to use '\\n' to get a literal '\n' in the output dot file. The original works my Debian machine, but needs fixing in case there's someone out there not using Debian :-).
Remove debug log message from add_edge().
