Changes for version 1.02 - 2015-07-12

  • Remove the line which reads 'use open qw(:std :utf8);'. See RT#105798.
  • Move t/pod.t to xt/author/.
  • Remove Build.PL. Ship only Makefile.PL.
  • Remove reference to feature unicode_strings from all modules.
  • Replace Hash::FieldHash with Moo and Types::Standard.
