Add option -M Foo::Bar:: to pp (note the trailing double colon): it adds Foo/Bar.pm and anything below Foo/Bar.
- Bump required Module::ScanDeps version for Module::ScanDeps::add_preload_rule() to implement this.
Fix RT#109110: Incompatible with Module::ScanDeps 1.20
