Updated bundled list to latest version (revision a09fae6633f3).

Get a domain name's public suffix via the Mozilla Public Suffix List

To install Mozilla::PublicSuffix, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Mozilla::PublicSuffix

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Mozilla::PublicSuffix
