NAME
MooseX::AutoDestruct - Clear your attributes after a certain time
SYNOPSIS
package Foo;
use Moose;
use namespace::autoclean;
use MooseX::AutoDestruct;
has destructable => (
traits => ['AutoDestruct'],
is => 'ro', isa => 'Str', required => 1,
ttl => 600, # time, in seconds
);
DESCRIPTION
MooseX::AutoDestruct
TRAITS APPLIED
IMPLICATIONS FOR ROLES
As far as I know, there are none. Things should Just Work.
CAVEATS
The attribute value is only auto-destructed on an access past the destruct time; e.g. when an accessor, reader, or predicate accessor is called. If you're doing something funky behind the scenes (e.g. directly accessing the attribute in the hashref) things aren't going to work as you expect.
Using get/set_value() on the attribute directly should work, though we're not testing it yet.
