added --to_string and --in_string options to HTML::GenToc
generate_anchors and generate_toc to enable using strings rather than files, so that one can use the module in perl scripts which are doing additional processing.

Perl program to generate a table of contents for HTML documents

Generate/insert anchors and a Table of Contents (ToC) for HTML documents.

To install HTML::GenToc, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm HTML::GenToc

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install HTML::GenToc
