Changes for version 0.14 - 2012-06-07

use default build useshrplib with clang asan (add -shared to lddlflags, force -Duseshrplib)
fix build 5.6.2 --install: missing sudo, use File::Find from 5.8.0
do not download if perl-git is missing on build --install

build, test and do with all perls

To install , copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm RURBAN/App-perlall-0.14.tar.gz

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install RURBAN/App-perlall-0.14.tar.gz
