Changes for version 1.32

  • Check each unsupported function better and extra
  • B::CV->NEW_with_start disabled with strict linkers fixes Can't locate object method "NEW_with_start"
  • Do not hardcode exported B OPf_ flags, so we don't really need to test for sameness. We keep the tests for reference.
