Changes for version 1.45

  • Remove fold_constants in $op->convert. Inproper usage can lead to leaks, which p5p (Nicholas) hates. constants have now to be folded beforehand, just manually.
  • skip t/cpan70398.t as B::Concise prints foul on 5.6.
