If =encoding directive is the first pod element put collected stopwords after it (instead of before).

Dynamically add stopwords to your woven pod

To install Pod::Weaver::Plugin::StopWords, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Pod::Weaver::Plugin::StopWords

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Pod::Weaver::Plugin::StopWords
