Bug fix: the order between 0x8157 (U+4EDD) and 0x8158 (U+3005) was reverse. Correctly 0x8157 < 0x8158.
added class.t and nonkanji.t.
added META.yml.
POD in Japanese is renamed as JAPANESE.

collation of Shift-JIS strings

To install ShiftJIS::Collate, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm ShiftJIS::Collate

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install ShiftJIS::Collate
