added associate parameter to new() and obsoleted associate_CGI() (still supported for now)
added support for HTML_TEMPLATE_ROOT environment variable
small performance improvements using typeglobs
added a performance testing script: time_trial.pl

Perl module to use HTML Templates from CGI scripts

To install HTML::Template, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm HTML::Template

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install HTML::Template
