Changes for version 1.06

  • Drastically speed up list command.
  • Drastically speed up update and reload commands.
  • The mark command accurately prints the number of posts that were actually changed.
  • Change database cache size to 10M, which should be speed up any command that involves interacting with the database.
  • Speed up start-up time.
