SYNOPSIS

Returns a boolean value which indicates whether or not this halt is currently active.
pair_id( )
end_at( )
Returns a Time::Moment object if defined.
id( )
Returns a UUID.
reason( )
If defined, this returns a text string suited for display.
reason_code( )
One of the following: outage, scheduled_maintenance, or other.
start_at( )
Returns a Time::Moment object.
state( )
One of the following: queued, full, sell_only, and buy_only.
