Fields

type - SDL_CONTROLLERBUTTONDOWN or SDL_CONTROLLERBUTTONUP
timestamp - In milliseconds, populated using SDL_GetTicks( )
which - The joystick instance id
button - The controller button
state - SDL_PRESSED or SDL_RELEASED
padding1
padding2
