Changes for version 0.02

Switched from WWW::Babelfish to Lingua::Translate. Dropped Cache::File as it doesn't accept wide chars. Added 'version' command. Added help() function. Improved documentation.

Provides Babelfish translation services via an IRC bot

To install Bot::Babelfish, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Bot::Babelfish

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Bot::Babelfish
