Reinstate the back-compat that Path-Dispatcher 1.00 broke by setting $1, $2, etc. for you

in lib/Path/Dispatcher/Declarative/Builder.pm

To install Path::Dispatcher::Declarative, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Path::Dispatcher::Declarative

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Path::Dispatcher::Declarative
