Changes for version 0.07

Replaced previous text/command conditional branches in convert() with calls to dispatch handler.
The ending POD =cut directive will be added to generated output.

Transform LaTeX source files to POD (Plain old documentation)

To install LaTeX::Pod, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm LaTeX::Pod

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install LaTeX::Pod
