Changes for version 0.12 - 2004-02-23

ExtUtils::MakeMaker arguments DISTNAME, VERSION, VERSION_FROM, are converted and output sorted.
Default value of the license argument has been replaced with 'unknown'.

create a Build.PL derived from Makefile.PL

To install , copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm SCHUBIGER/scripts/make2build-0.12.tar.gz

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install SCHUBIGER/scripts/make2build-0.12.tar.gz
