Changes for version 0.12 - 2024-12-17

trim values in TAP::DOM(::Archive) by default
use 'noempty_tap' in TAP::DOM(::Archive) by default
fix getopt specification duplicate of -s
support for using YAML::Syck no longer tested
- it is still possible to specify with --yaml-module
- but root cause for test fails (t/yaml.t) not clear
- test for YAML::Syck commented out, patches welcome
