DESCRIPTION

Bio::Tools::Run::PiseApplication::dssp

      Bioperl class for:

	DSSP	Definition of secondary structure of proteins given a set of 3D coordinates (W.Kabsch, C. Sander)

	References:

		Kabsch,W. and Sander,C. (1983) Biopolymers 22, 2577-2637.



      Parameters:

         for available values):


		dssp (String)

		pdbfile (InFile)
			PDB File
			pipe: pdbfile

		pdbid (String)
			or you can instead enter a PDB id.

		surface (Switch)
			Disables the calculation of accessible surface (-na)

		classic (Switch)
			Classic (pre-July 1995) format (-c)

new

Title   : new()
Usage   : my $dssp = Bio::Tools::Run::PiseApplication::dssp->new($location, $email, @params);
Function: Creates a Bio::Tools::Run::PiseApplication::dssp object.
          This method should not be used directly, but rather by 
          a Bio::Tools::Run::AnalysisFactory::Pise instance.
          my $factory = Bio::Tools::Run::AnalysisFactory::Pise->new();
          my $dssp = $factory->program('dssp');
Example : -
Returns : An instance of Bio::Tools::Run::PiseApplication::dssp.
