App::FuguSeed - make BIP39 seed words with dice, and turn them into a SeedQR

fuguseed-qrDESCRIPTION
FuguSeed makes BIP39 seed words with three dice, on paper, and turns them into a Standard SeedQR. fuguseed-last reads words 1 to 11 and the YELLOW and BLUE faces of word 12 on standard input, and it prints the check word. fuguseed-qr reads the 12 words on standard input and prints the SeedQR as text, zone by zone, so a person can draw it on paper. These two programs see the words, so they run on an air-gapped computer only. See fuguseed-last(1) and fuguseed-qr(1) for the input, the result, and the exit codes.
This is the lead module of the App-FuguSeed distribution. It holds no code of its own. The work is split by concern:

The release ships fuguseed-last and fuguseed-qr as two packed files that scripts/pack builds from these modules. Each file needs no install step and no module outside the base of perl.
