NAME
App::FuguVM - install and manage OpenBSD virtual machines under QEMU
SYNOPSIS
fuguvm up
fuguvm wait --timeout 120
fuguvm ssh uname -a
fuguvm down
DESCRIPTION
fuguvm installs an OpenBSD guest under QEMU without interaction, keeps its disk in a cache, and drives its lifecycle: boot, wait, ssh, snapshot, and shutdown. A project describes its guests in one .fuguvmrc at its root. See fuguvm(1) for the subcommands and the exit codes.
This is the lead module of the App-FuguVM distribution. It holds no code of its own. The work is split by concern:
- App::FuguVM::CLI
-
The subcommands of
fuguvm. - App::FuguVM::Config
-
The VM defaults over
Fugu::Config. - App::FuguVM::Guest
-
The lifecycle of one OpenBSD virtual machine.
- App::FuguVM::Console
-
The serial console of a guest, driven with expect scripts.
- App::FuguVM::Disk
-
The qcow2 disk of a virtual machine.
- App::FuguVM::DiskCache
-
The cache of installed OpenBSD disks.
- App::FuguVM::Miniroot
-
The OpenBSD miniroot image.
- App::FuguVM::Proxy
-
The OpenBSD mirror policy over
Fugu::Proxy. - App::FuguVM::QMP
-
The QEMU Machine Protocol command set.
- App::FuguVM::State
-
What FuguVM remembers about one VM between runs.
