added a SIGNATURE file to the distribution.
added a t/0-signature.t test (basic) that I may update further once I understand this stuff a little better. :-)

Perl extension for monitoring time conveniently during tasks

To install Time::Elapse, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Time::Elapse

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Time::Elapse
