Changes for version 0.02

Completely made a mess of the test routines and left in tests which would fail on a fresh system and omitted a 64bit test

COPS Protocol - Packet Cable Client

To install COPS::Client, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm COPS::Client

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install COPS::Client
