Added attributes to document level which are
xmlns count version creationTime xsi:schemaLocation IPDRRecorderInfo xmlns:xsi endTime docId
Added
IPDRcreationTime RecType
The version 3.5 template being used.
Changed the 'DataHandler' function to also return a pointer to the module object to provide hooks to internal functions.
