Changes for version v0.3

Interface for Thermal (and some dot-matrix and inkjet) Printers that support ESC/POS specification.

To install Printer::Thermal, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Printer::Thermal

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Printer::Thermal
