Switch CLI scripts from using Perinci::CmdLine to Perinci::CmdLine::Any to reduce size of dependencies.

Check whether your Perl installation has prerequisites in dist.ini

To install App::HasPrereqs, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm App::HasPrereqs

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install App::HasPrereqs
