Changes for version 0.22 - 2012-02-08

Synchronize to Finance::Bank::ID::Base 0.22. Add script bin/parse-mandiri-statement. Add return_datetime_obj option in parse_statement(). Copy-pasting copy-pasted text from GUI browser is deprecated (except for new MCM format for now).
