Rename module LWP::UserAgent::{patch::https_hard_timeout,Patch::HTTPSHardTimeout}.

Add hard timeout to HTTPS requests

To install LWP::UserAgent::Patch::HTTPSHardTimeout, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm LWP::UserAgent::Patch::HTTPSHardTimeout

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install LWP::UserAgent::Patch::HTTPSHardTimeout
