Changes for version 0.02

Add required 'scale' option to support short & long scale names [requested by Lars Dɪᴇᴄᴋᴏᴡ].
Internal: refactor common code to Lingua::Base::NFM.
Fix overflow problem with Number::Format.

Format number to a mixture of numbers and words (e.g. 12.3 million)

To install Lingua::EN::Number::Format::MixWithWords, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Lingua::EN::Number::Format::MixWithWords

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Lingua::EN::Number::Format::MixWithWords
