No functional changes. Update prereqs in dist.ini, depends on Log::Any::Adapter instead of the now-excluded-from-CPAN-index Log::Any::Adapter::Util.

Send logs to screen with colorized messages according to level

To install Log::Any::Adapter::ScreenColoredLevel, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Log::Any::Adapter::ScreenColoredLevel
