Changes for version 0.39 - 2012-06-26

Change default WARN color for screen output to BOLD blue because I find blue on black so unreadable.
Add documentation on future 1.0 release plan.

An easy way to use Log::Any in applications

To install Log::Any::App, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Log::Any::App

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Log::Any::App
