Changes for version 0.03 - 2014-07-06

[Bugfix] max_elems didn't work because I forgot to set object attribute. Double derp.
Use repeated shift() instead of splice() to support threads::shared-array.

Log to array, with some limits applied

To install Log::Dispatch::ArrayWithLimits, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Log::Dispatch::ArrayWithLimits

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Log::Dispatch::ArrayWithLimits
