Changes for version 0.08 - 2012-07-17

Do not check target module's $VERSION if we are not going to match version (mod_version is undef or ':all').
Add logging message.

Patch package with a set of patches

To install Module::Patch, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Module::Patch

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Module::Patch
