Changes for version 0.22 - 2012-06-22

ENHANCEMENTS
- Provide '-undo_trash_dir' for functions that might need it under dry_run (basically, Perinci::CmdLine does not pass tx_id when running dry_run, but functions like setup_symlink() still requires a trash dir to test things under dry_run).
- Don't show error message for 304 status.
