REFACTORING
- Rename dist from Perinci-BashComplete to Perinci-Sub-Complete.
- Split generic (non-Rinci/Riap-related) functions to SHARYANTO-Complete-Util.
- Rename some functions.

Shell completion routines using Rinci metadata

To install Perinci::Sub::Complete, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Perinci::Sub::Complete

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Perinci::Sub::Complete
