Add no_getopt_compat Getopt::Long::Configure to disregard "+" as option starter.

Get subroutine arguments from command line arguments (@ARGV)

To install Perinci::Sub::GetArgs::Argv, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Perinci::Sub::GetArgs::Argv

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Perinci::Sub::GetArgs::Argv
