peri-func-doc - Display text/POD documentation of Riap function

From command-line:

% peri-func-doc /Some/Module/somefunc
% peri-func-doc --format=text https://example.com/api/some_func
% peri-func-doc --help

This script will generate text/POD documentation for a Riap function.

cpanm Perinci::Sub::To::POD

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Perinci::Sub::To::POD
