Perinci-Sub-property-drops_privilege-0.03

Changes for version 0.03 - 2012-02-12

Rename dist from Sub-Spec-Clause-drops_privilege to Perinci-Sub-property-drops_privilege.
Value now changed from boolean to string ('', 'temporary', or 'permanent').
Add test.

Declare that function drops privilege during running

To install Perinci::Sub::property::drops_privilege, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.
