Changes for version 0.35 - 2013-08-12

REMOVED FEATURES, INCOMPATIBLE CHANGES
- Remove Perinci::MetaAccessor and $PERINCI_META_ACCESSOR for simplicity. Now embedded metadata always assumed to reside in %SPEC variable; more standardized is good. For cases where we need to retrieve metadata externally, this will be handled by Perinci::Access::InProcess.

cpanm Perinci::Util
