ENHANCEMENTS
- Add 'lib' to @INC so modules that require other modules in the same dist can be require'd.

Insert POD for subs from spec

To install Pod::Weaver::Plugin::SubSpec, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Pod::Weaver::Plugin::SubSpec

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Pod::Weaver::Plugin::SubSpec
