No functional changes. To help debugging, enable logging when a file is skipped because there is no "=head1 FUNCTIONS" section.

Insert POD for subs from spec

To install Pod::Weaver::Plugin::SubSpec, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Pod::Weaver::Plugin::SubSpec

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Pod::Weaver::Plugin::SubSpec
