Setup text snippet in a string/file

Setup text snippet (with comment containing ID) in file

To install Setup::Text::Snippet, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Setup::Text::Snippet

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Setup::Text::Snippet
