ENHANCEMENTS
- bin/runpm: add --help (-h) and -I (--library) options.
- run(): add dash_to_underscore option to allow subcommands using dashes instead of underscores.

Run Perl module as a command-line application

Access Perl subs via command line

in lib/Sub/Spec/CmdLine.pm

To install Sub::Spec::CmdLine, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Sub::Spec::CmdLine

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Sub::Spec::CmdLine
