No functional changes. Rename from Sub::Spec::To::Pod to Sub::Spec::To::POD. Mark deprecated.

Generate POD documentation from sub spec

To install Sub::Spec::To::POD, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Sub::Spec::To::POD

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Sub::Spec::To::POD
