Changes for version 0.22 - 2013-09-25

Extract some more code to roles SHARYANTO::Role::{BorderStyle,ColorTheme}.
Increase spec version for color theme to v=1.1 (SHARYANTO::Role::ColorTheme 0.58) because multiple color codes should now be returned as the more-flexible hash instead of [fg, bg].
