Changes for version 4.06 - 2023-08-12

Fix t/06_fsopen_access.t and t/07_sopen_access.t with perl-5.19.1 and earlier: The clearerr() calls don't work on new_fh() style filehandles with perls up to 5.19.1, so use gensym() instead.

Open a file for shared reading and/or writing

in lib/Win32/SharedFileOpen.pm

To install Win32::SharedFileOpen, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Win32::SharedFileOpen

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Win32::SharedFileOpen
