Starts a sub from a usage statement formatted from a template.

Creates a skeletal framework for Perl sub's.

To install Sub::Starter, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Sub::Starter

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Sub::Starter
